About the Ariyah ribbon

Ariyah is one of the ready-made colour sets in the Custom range. The colours are already matched, so all you add is the name, and it is made for you after you order, by hand, in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. It is the same ribbon whether you order one or a box of them for the whole team.

What you get

Four layers of ribbon on each side, 18cm long, with one 25mm ribbon and three 12mm ribbons per side, on an elastic loop so it goes straight onto a ponytail or a plait. Both 25mm sides can be printed. Type the name or the team in the fields above exactly as you want it read (the right tail fits up to 13 characters), and check the spelling before you add it to your cart, because it is printed as entered.

Customised, then personalised

Customised is the colour set, and with Ariyah that part is done. Personalised is the name printed on it, and that part is yours. A first name, a nickname or a team name all work. A blank ribbon is $9.50. Add a name on one or both tails and it is personalised for $15, or $12 each when you order ten or more, ready in one to two weeks.

Ordering for a team

Choose Ariyah once, then add a ribbon for every player with their own name on it, all in the one order. Team managers, coaches and committees do it this way every week: one colour set, a different name on every ribbon. Collect the names first, spelled the way each player wants them, count properly, then add a couple of spares, because late additions are easier on the original order than on a second one. Ordering a big batch for a school or club? Send through the name list and your colours and we will quote it back, and ask if you would rather have the whole batch delivered together than posted one by one.

Questions about the Ariyah ribbon

How long does it take?

One to two weeks. Nothing is pre-made. Every ribbon is cut, layered and printed after you order, so work back a fortnight from the game, carnival or presentation it is for.

Can every ribbon in my order have a different name?

Yes. One colour set, a different name on every ribbon, all added in the one order.

How many characters fit?

The left tail takes a name of any length, sized to fit, so a long name prints smaller than a short one. The right tail fits up to 13 characters. The preview shows you exactly how it will look.
